Pledgecycle is a new platform and have existed since 23rd january 2017. Its a peer to peer system and pledges are made in btc.
Donate 0.05 bitcoins to the community and the community will ask 4 people to make the same pledge to you.

The site has very strict rules :

You must pay 12 hours after you click on pledge make pledge. Failure to do so will get your account barred.
After you must have received the 4th pledge, it will be required of you to make another pledge to the system.

How is pledgecycle better than other direct payment system :

    You do not need referrals to earn "but you get rewarded for referring people(0.005 bitcoins for each active referrals)"
    There is no level or sort in pledgecycle (everybody is treated as equal)
    It is highly secured, has HTTPS and will not be crashing at all (heard it was hosted on amazon aws)
    Your payment is guaranteed since it is in bitcoins (the whole world is participating in it)
    At most 7 days, you will get your money x 4 back
