The text goes like this......

Dear Customer, Dial *565*2# to link your Bank Account to your BVN so as to avoid loss of funds which may apply to all Bank accounts without BVN.
Costs N20..........new way of scam,if u dare dial it ur account will be empty. Share pls, let pple know.
