Make a Snake game for Android

Kivy is a popular tool for creating user interfaces, which is great for developing applications and simple Friv2.racing games. One of the main advantages of Kivy is portability - the possibility of a painless transfer of your projects from one platform to another. Our "Snake" will run on the Android platform.


Kivy effectively uses Cython, a programming language that combines C ++ optimizations and Python syntax, which has a positive effect on performance. Also Kivy actively uses the GPU for graphics processes, freeing the CPU for other calculations.

For Kivy to work properly, we need three main packages: Cython, pygame and python-dev. If you are using Ubuntu, you may also need a gstreamer library, which is used to support some video capabilities of the framework.

Before we begin to write our "Snake", let's check whether everything is set right for us. Otherwise, in the future, it may be found that the project is not compiled due to some missing package.
