Bulgaria President asking for three days prayers is unique from what some us use to hear.
What presidents normally do is just include that in speech by just asking follow country men and women to put country into their prayers.

This seems that Rossen Plevneliev believed that prayer is what the country Bulgaria needs to face its challenges.
