Can taking Percocet make you fail drug test for hydromorphone?

Hello, I'm currently in the military and back in Dec I failed a drug test for hydromorphone. Around this time frame I was taking Percocet as well as amitriptyline, gabapentin and also receiving injections. I have a bulging disc that's causes nerve pain as well. I receive annual injections every three months and have been through many others. Nowhere in my record or in my personnel time have I taken anything like hydromorphone or morphine or dilauded. The military is coming after me for it and I need to know what may have caused this. Thank you
