leg pain and other complications

used to be a fitness enthusiast until some years back while i was squating with a weight leaning on my shoulder , the routine is lifting a weight leaning on your shoulder then you squat down and stand up repeatedly, but that day the moment i squated and trying to stand up again ... I felt a very very sharp pain in my left leg and immidiately i dropped the weight and remained on the ground until the pain subsided , but how i felt afterwards is my major concern ... I feel weak, dizzy, i get tired easily coupled with back pains , my left leg especially hasnt been the same .. i went to a doctor and he told me the incident resulted to hernia , i have long been treated for hernia via operation yet i still feel exactly the same symptoms . Pls what seems to be my problem
