Network Marketing is a great way for the "ordinary or Jane" to make an extra income. This business concept has been around for decades, and will not disappear in the short term. The reason for its popularity is simple ... It works! It does however, require much work and most importantly, dedication and persistence to do the job. The best part is, once you are able to create a strong network, your business becomes much less time intensive. Almost like going on "autopilot". The key is to get as quickly as possible.

These are just a few tips I've found to be useful in maximizing their network marketing business:

1. Use your regular products. This is the number 1 for a reason, this is the most ignored of any network marketing business. How do you expect your business to succeed you do not even use their own products? It seems silly to even talk about this, but there are many who are not using their own products, and they wonder why they are not making any money. Make a commitment to use their products for one year, and see where your business is going.

2. Educate yourself constantly. This is very important! You must get rid of negative thoughts, sometimes called "stinking thinking." This can be done in a variety of ways. I recommend reading at least 15 minutes a day, but try to shoot for 30. Business books and self-help is a good way to start. Do not forget your Multi-level journals, because they are full of tips and advice. Finally, listen to cassette tapes in multi-level councils with the highest income in your business.

3. Spend as much time as possible with your upline. Your upline should have only one goal in mind, to help you succeed! They are a great source of knowledge and information. They mingle with the leading distributors in your group, or other groups, and ask how. Almost everyone should be more than happy to give you great tips and advice.

4. Present your products and personal marketing plan to at least one person a day. Remember above when I said I will have to work so here it is. Now here's the key, the perspectives that you present your plan does not have to be yours personnel. Show the plan of your downline, not just to create the "security" by placing downline members in your downline, will also give a boost in personal income! I can guarantee if I had to follow this rule for 6 months, you must create a downline with enough width and depth to create an income to sustain your family for life.

5. Caring for your downline. An entire book can be written on this subject. Usually, the little things that show you really care. Try to maintain regular contact, and always praise the achievements of his dealer. You can even offer incentives for specific accomplishments, such as money, travel, recognition or rewards to help motivate your group.

6. Duplicate for yourself what you independent distributors. This will help multiply your time, so you and your group more effective. Always with the example. Never stop recruiting, training and retail. Remember the KISS formula - "Keep It Simple, Sweety" I know, I know, I've changed the last word but the meaning remains. This can be done to my making presentations simple and brief, but dramatic, and teaching your downline to do the same.

7. Creating a great customer base. This is another largely ignored, but very important part of your network marketing company. Many try so hard to build a large downline, that they forget the amount of benefits that could also do by selling their products to retail customers. Some people not only want to be part of your downline, no matter how great a product / system you may have. This does not mean it will not be personally interested in your product. Try to make all your customers. Once you earn their trust, they will come to you more, and perhaps even join your downline later. Always "leave the door open," as people's needs change.

8. They focus on customer needs. You must give customers more than they expect, and always meet their customers complaints immediately. Try listening to 80% of the time and talk only 20%. As mentioned above, customers can be a huge source of future reference and / or business. You must earn and keep your trust. Once you have your confidence, you can always ask for references, which leads to more business and a large downline.

9. Set daily, weekly goals, monthly and yearly - and write! You may have heard the expression: "How do you eat an elephant? One bite at a time." Breaking a larger goal into smaller goals easily attainable, is the key to success. You can not just go to the end, you have to move every day. Writing is another largely ignored, important information to help you succeed. One goal is just a "passing thought" or "desire" to put it in writing. That's when it becomes concrete and real. It is also a good idea to keep a diary of their daily business, as it will help you be more productive and aware of the time.

10. Get out there and do it now! All knowledge of the world is useless and unprofitable, to putting the most important ingredient of them all in place. This "secret" ingredient should not be a surprise at all, but this is the # 1 reason for failure in anything in life. Is the action! Remember, knowledge is useless without action.
