I HAVE BEEN A BLOGGER FOR SIX MONTHS NOW WITH ALMOST 200 POSTS AND OVER FIVE THOUSAND VIEWS. LAST WEEK I DECIDED TO REGISTER TO FOR GOOGLE ADSENSE BUT I WAS TOLD MY BLOG DID NOT MEET THEIR PROGARAMME REQUIREMENTS. PLZ WHAT CAN I DO MAKE GOOGLE ACCEPT MY BLOG CAUSE I HAVE SOMEONE WITH JUST 40 POSTS AND 750 VIEWS ON HIS BLOG AND HE HAS BEEN ACCEPTED BY GOOGLE.

YOUR ADVICE IS WELCOME. PLS HELP ME OUT.

First of all, Google adsense team doesn't approval new website easily these days, but only established site. Try suggestions below:
Make contents to be seen first in your blog not pictures.
Continue posting quality content in your blog on regular basis, say for a month.
When you want to apply again remove or disable chikita ads that you're running on your blog.
With these three suggestions you stand a chance of being approved.

Remove all the ads and post content on the top. Get more Back Links by sharing each posts and also use social sites to get more visitors and i am bet next time your blog will be approved!!
