Positive feedback increase the motivation of the company and reflect the strengths of the company but tackling with negative feedback showcase the problem solving and online reputation management skills of the company. Acknowledging the negative feedback and going in details of the problem to find the root cause is the main motive. This will increase the retention of the existing customers and thereby, will help in customer satisfaction.

Solve the problem the customer is complaining about and indicate that has been solved. If it is misunderstanding clearly explain how your products or services work.
