You can have all these things, yet google won't approve it. Adsense is no longer what it's use to be. Now is for big guys, because is easier and cheaper for google to manage authority sites like CNN, BBC etc than to manage mr.john in the street whose aim is to only earn, if the money isn't coming will simple result in clicking in his ads.
