Eventually, it does affect your website negatively as search engine robots are constatntly being reprogrammed to detect blackhat tricks on webpages... This might lead to your website being removed completely from the servers index and thus reducing the visibility of your website drastically.

Is better don't use short time solution to solve long time problem. Search engine is long time project, but if you get it right you need nott to invest in it in long time.

I think Google is enough updated in 2019, so you can't survive for a long time with blackhat seo. Even I can say nowadays blackhat strategies can't able to rank you No#1 position for even a single day.

Google is enough smart.

Obviously Google is getting better and becoming sophisticated in methods it uses to get cheaters. The energy you would have used in the blackhat, simple use it in the whitehat and you will be fine, your website will be fine, visitors will love it and google will favor you, now and tomorrow.
