She isn't a wife otherwise I would have acted different, the relationship isn't long it started.

This could be caused by a bacteria chances she knows about the challenge, simply tell her about the unpleasant smell and provide solution to it by helping her to meet a doctor. After that simply move on with her and never talk about it again, be it joke or otherwise.

Ok, thinking telling her good female friend, and let her friend know that she doesn't have to let her know that I'm the one that brought the issue. I think she will know how to approach the issue being her fellow female than a guy like me.

Tell her straight away, isn't your fault. Also be careful about your health is obvious she doesn't take adequate care of herself.
