I see myself re-reading comments on this thread over and over again. A lot of Brutal truths are being written in this thread, this is one of those truth some of us don't want to hear (Love tends to hurt no matter the carefulness of the couple or partner)

Yes so true :) good point and yeah that's the truth that most of us cant accept :) i have been in a relationship now and no matter how careful i am to handle things between us.. there will be tiny hole that could stir up hurt :) it just show that there's no such thing as perfect relationship.. hurt is the only thing that could make your relationship strong :) so, love even if you know that hurt is in the package :)

You see, there are some relationship some of us ended because of tiny issue(s) we wouldn't have ended, if we had come across a thread like this where mature and experience mind writes. This is one important of online forum like Cokoye.com
No matter what some books will try to tell us by their titles, there seems no perfect relationship or partner in terms of constant love and romance without some break for hurt, which might mark the end of relationship for some people, or makes the relationship stronger as you noted for others.

If a bond of integrity between the two is strong and commitment to each other based on the meaning of life being centered on each other (the couple), then they might be more ready to face obstacles, challenges and perhaps pain.

But, i don't think there are many valid ways to face the reality of betrayal and still consider oneself in love.
