I read with total dismay a sponsored open letter from a faceless "Ogun Youth Vanguard" stating that the peoples choice for Ogun 2019, *Hon. Adekunle Abdulkabir Akinlade fondly called Triple A* should be replaced with another westerner for the actualisation of Yewa agenda in 2019 by His Excellency SenatorIbikunke Amosun FCA, CON.

I wish to state clearly that the entire people of Ogun west remain firm and resolute in their support for Hon. Adekunle Abdulkabir Akinkade as their choice and flagbearer of the All Progressive Congress in Ogun having possessed the needed prerequisites for the task and no doubt he enjoys a very robust support and cordial relationship with the entire people of the state who repose their trust in him akone for the task.

It is good to note that the open letter is baseless, unfolding and aimed at distracting the people of Ogun state and stir our leader Senator Ibikunle Amosun FCA, CON (Executive Governor of Ogun State) against his beloved son and the man of the people, Hon. Adekunle Abdulkabir Akinlade (MHR) with intention to truncate his good mission for the state. This shows the level of desperation and  shivering of the people of other camp in Ogun APC who has clearly seen rejection of their aspirations by the people of Ogun. They have obviously sense their defeat and chose to hide under a finger.

However, we will not join issue with the people of the other camp because we see them as our brothers and we urge them to allign with us now before it is too late in the interest of our dear state as we belief strongly that the national leadership of our great party, the All Progressives Congress will do the needful by recognising and restoring the mandate freely given to Hon. Adekunle Abdulkabir Akinlade by party faithfuls on the 2nd October, 2018 in Ogun State.

We hereby urge our people to dispel their lies and baseless moves and remain focus as we remain committed and in best position to sustain the rebuilding mission of our dear state beyond 2019.
