•   Make sure you complete all the legal formalities with tenant. It is required on your as well as their part that every legal phase of the property is managed and maintained with care.
•   Last but not the least we know well that attitude is the key. Your tenant always expects a good attitude form you. Hence make sure you behave well with him if you wish least vacancy in your property.
