Get ready for divine surprises.
Thou shall arise and have mercy upon Zion for the time to favor her has come, yea the set time has come. Psalms 102 vs. 13.
God has two books; the first is the book of life where the names of the redeemed are written.Rev 3 vs. 5.
The second is the book of remembrance. Malachi 3 vs. 16.
Our emphasis this morning is on the book of remembrance. Until God remembers you men will continue to forget you. God is remembering you this morning. When God remembers you divine surprises becomes your daily experience. He did not bring you to this world to suffer or become a liability. He wants you to be a succourer of many and a son of consolation because you are an eternal Excellency.
He created you to reign not to be ruined. But until God remembers you, your time has not come. Psalms 102 vs. 13 says thou shall arise and have mercy upon Zion for the time to favor her, yea the set time has come. One day God remembered Hannah and her sorrow ended.1st Samuel 1 vs. 19.She had been looking for a child for years, but her case was closed until God remembered her. Listen to this, it’s not how long, it is when God remembers. One day God remembered Noah when He was in the ark. Genesis 8 vs. 1.Today God is remembering you. He will open His book of Remembrance and single you out for divine surprises.
This is what happens when God remembers a person.
He causes men to remember the person. In the book of Esther Modecai was living as a gate man while His ‘daughter’ the queen was living in the palace. Esther forgot modecai but when God remembered Him He made the King to check the book of records and he thereafter saw the reason to favor modecai. The heart of a king is in the hands of the Lord. Proverbs 21 vs.1.Nobody can truly help you except God put your name in their hearts. So expect men to remember you because God is remembering you today.
The next thing that happens when God remembers a person is that unprecedented favor becomes that person’s experience. People will start giving you what you have not asked for. Of a truth the set time to favor you has finally come and you will not miss it. When God remembers you, you begin to enjoy mercy and Grace will begin to smell around you. Show me a man that God has remembered and I will show you a man that lives in perpetual rest. The strong point is this, when God remembers you divine surprises follows, hear this; as you finish reading this mail, what you think God has forgotten shall be reopened. God will Open His book of remembrance and visit you speedingly.watch out for speedy interventions, you might be down to nothing today but I want you to know that God is up to something.
What you need to do to make God remember you.
It’s important to know that Christianity is not wishing and waiting for God to do everything. Christianity is a responsibility.
The first thing that makes God to remember with speed is Mercy. Mercy precedes favor. Psalms 102 vs. 13.Ask God for His mercy, because certain of your actions might have made God to forget you. But you can obtain mercy because, the bible says in Hebrews 4 vs. 16 that we should come boldly to the throne of grace to obtain mercy. Lamentations 3 vs. 37 says it is of the lords mercy that we are not consumed His compassion does not fail they are new every morning great is His faithfulness. This morning the mercy of God shall speak for you.
What else must I do to make God remember me? The second thing is, you must plead your case with God in prayers. Isaiah 43 vs.26 says put me in remembrance let us plead together declare thou, that thou mayest be justified. The word says declare which area of your life do you want God to remember you. Get hold of the word of God in that area and declare it to Him. If it is the issue of health, pray with the scripture on health, 1st peter 2 vs. 24, Jeremiah 8 vs. 22.
Another thing to do to make God remember you is to make a vow before the Lord. Hannah was childless for so many years until she vowed to give the child back to God. She told God to bless her with a child and after sometime she will give the child back to God. God did, she kept the vow and God later blessed her with many more children.1st Samuel chapter 1. Hannah prayed, she appeared in Shiloh every year but not until she made a vow her answer did not come. Maybe all you need to do is to make a vow. A vow to the lord, it could be money or something to do for God If He does this or that for you. Whatever you give or do for God is not in vain. When Hannah gave Samuel to the Lord, not only did Samuel become very great but God gave her more children. God moves with speed when a vow is in place. He stands up to the challenge. I strongly believe your long awaited change has finally come. I bless you in the name of the Lord and command all your struggles to come to an end in Jesus name.
