How to Know If You Love God
BELOVED I GLADLY WELCOME YOU TO THIS MONTH.This is the month where the love of God will take you higher in every aspect of life. It is a season where also your love for God will make you a god to all your challenges. Please I like you to take this month’s teachings very seriously. God is taking us as a ministry from glory to glory you cannot be left out. This month, the kindness of God will be a reality to you. It is so vital, of all the valuables in the world; the most valuable is your love for God. In this month your love for God and the people around you shall increase.
There are three great things in life; faith, hope and love. These three are great but the greatest is love. 1st Corinthians 13 vs.13. What is it that makes love the greatest of all things? It is because faith is dead without love; hope is also helpless without love.
God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten son. John 3 vs. 16. God already loves you hundred percent. He did even when we were sinners; now that you are saved He still loves you. But you will not benefit from Him until you love Him, he has given you all things but you will not see them physically until your love for Him is proven. Oh the world today is filled with many God talkers, we have only few God lovers no wonder this few eventually becomes WORLD CHANGERS. But this story is changing today. As you read ahead, a fresh baptism of Gods love will begin to burn in your heart.
There are 3 love tests to look out for as a proof that you truly love God.
1. If you love God then you will love His word, the bible. How love I thy law it is my meditation all the day long, thou through thy commandments has made me wiser than mine enemies; for they are ever with me, I have more understanding than all my teachers for thy testimonies are my meditations. Psalms 119 vs. 97-100.
David was a lover of God, no wonder he is being celebrated even after about 3000+years. You can’t die as a God lover; you don’t die as a word lover. I see your love for God blossoming today. Let me ask you this question; have you read the bible today? Or you looked at it last on Sunday. People tend to draw closer to God during tough times and turn their back on God immediately things get better. Humanly speaking, if you have a friend that remembers you when he is in need and as soon as that need is met forgets about you how will you feel?. Definitely you will be disappointed. But I thank God that from today you will love the word of God more than meat. Joshua 1 vs. 8 says, the only good success that will never fail is the one you get by meditating on Gods word day and night.
Something will happen to you this month that might never had taken place if you had not read this mail, that thing shall give you unquenchable joy. It will make you a wonder to the people around you. Begin to desire to be in church every time where the word of God will be taught. that is where your solution is. God speaks through His word, as you read Gods word because you love Him, God will speak to you from day to day. You will never be stranded from now on because the best solution is in the wisdom of scriptures. As you read, receive grace to do. You can study the bible like this, genesis chapter 1 in the morning, psalms chapter 1 in the afternoon and Matthew chapter 1 before you sleep. When you wake up continue with chapter 2.
2. The next proof of your love for God is that you must love people. Stop thinking self. 1st john 4 vs. 20 to 21. Start thinking people Jesus put us here on earth so that we can influence the world with the gospel. Which is the good news. We are the light of the world and the salt of the earth. Let us love our neighbor as our selves. God is love; you cannot claim to love God if you don’t love the people you can see around you. The hatred you have for that person might be the reason why you are still stranded. They might have said bad things about you, take that person off your mind so that you can go forward. Forgive him/her. She cheated on you, you might be right but bitterness will not make you better, it is the sweetness of forgiveness that makes life meaningful. Forgive that person and let him go. I know you might not forget but whenever you remember the hurt laugh about it. Leave vengeance for God. Showing love to those who hurt you will increase the blessings of God on your life and hasten the vengeance of God on your enemies/mockers. Forgiveness makes you a winner all the way.
This month please show somebody love. I see God lovers arising, I see you making a generational impact loving people beginning from those around you.
Listen to this, your commitment to share will give you your permanent share, be a people lover, you are not a millionaire because you have a million, you are millionaire because you are able to influence a million people positively. Every of your investment should be people driven. This self syndrome has robbed many people of becoming truly great in life. You are rising up now. Don’t just be a paper millionaire desire to be a people millionaire and you will never lack money. Jesus had no lack because He was living in love. With faith you can quench every fiery dart of the devil but with the power of love you can quench the devil himself.
3. Another proof of your love for God is in giving, you cannot say you love God if you are not a giver. God so loved the world that He gave. If you so love God you will so give. You will give for the furtherance of His work on earth, give to help the needy, give to your friends and family members and also give to your community. Giving is not only in money form, you can give your time and your friendship too. People are lonely and your care will go a long way. This month is a very special month, you are going to begin to experience favor on a daily basis. Because God loads us with benefit daily. Psalms 68 vs.17, you will not miss yours this month. God is telling me to tell you that its time for you to live as a god in this world. Everything shall begin to answer to your command.
Daniel was a God lover, he became a high flyer, Job was a God lover, He was the richest man in his days. Solomon was very rich and the bible had this to say of Him, in 2nd kings chapter 3 …that he so loved the God. As you become a God lover your lack shall be terminated and you stagnation shall come to an end. You are moving forward, as you show mercy to someone that has hitherto hurt you, the mercies of God shall bring favor your direction. Psalms 102 vs.13 says that God shall arise and have mercy upon you because the set time to favor you has come. Favor is reaching you every day from today, receive yours now in the name of Jesus
