OVERCOMING THE TRIALS OF LIFE
Challenges are real, troubles are real, problems are real but more real is the victorious way-out, God has designed for you. That challenge has continued for long because you don’t know the short way out. There is a way out for you. Discovering that way is one thing while taking steps after discovery is a different thing entirely. So many people know the way out but refuse to take steps in the direction of their victory no wonder they remain utterly helpless. But today is your day.
In John chapter 5 there was a story of an impotent man that stayed at the pool of Bethesda for 38 solid years expecting his miracle. In that pool the angel of the Lord comes to stir the pool once everyday and the first person to jump in was made whole. But this man had a challenge or a problem that has lingered for 38 years, what a waste of time. By mercy Jesus appeared in verse 6 of John chapter 5 and asked the man if he wants to be made whole. Immediately the man started complaining, that there was no man to put him in to the pool. This was his problem; he knew the way to his miracle but failed to take steps in getting into the pool. He was depending on the help of men to carry him. He would have rolled his way into the pool or sit by the pool till morning. He missed it for 38 solid years.
I don’t know how long you have missed it but you are getting it right this time in the mighty name of Jesus. Challenges are real and they are everywhere.
John 16 vs.33
These things I have spoken unto you, that in me ye might have peace. In the world ye shall have tribulation: but be of good cheer; I have overcome the world.
God has sent me at such a time as this to show you the way out and also the steps to take to get out of the continuous, unchanging challenges that might have lingered on for years.
1st john 5 vs. 4
For whatsoever is born of God overcometh the world: and this is the victory that overcometh the world, even our faith.
1st john 4 vs. 4
Ye are of God, little children, and have overcome them: because greater is he that is in you, than he that is in the world.
You might not be bigger than that challenge but God is bigger.
Before I show you the ever-constant way out of every trial, problems or challenges I will like to tell you two things you must understand about trials and challenges.
2 things you need to know about trials, challenges or problems
1. Trials are not permanent; challenges are not forever. It has an end
Proverbs 23 vs.18
For surely there is an end; and thine expectation shall not be cut off.
2 Corinthians 4 vs.18
While we look not at the things which are seen, but at the things which are not seen: for the things which are seen are temporal; but the things which are not seen are eternal.
That set back has an expiry date, and that day is today. The end of that trial is definitely triumph. It’s my joy to let you know that your moment of Joy has finally come
2. You are the one that determines when the trial ends. This is exactly where many miss it; they leave everything for God, forgetting to play their part. You have a part or a role to play in determining how soon the challenges will end, don’t be like job that was waiting and waiting and things were getting worse. Job predicament lasted 9 months, it wouldn’t have stayed 3 days but, he thought God was testing his faithfulness and did nothing about his case. The only time he prayed (taking responsibility) was when his story changed. Job 42 vs.10. Your story is just about to change for the better.
Moses was leading the Israelites out of Egypt and they were confronted with the red sea, they could not go back because their enemies were behind them. A way was not created for them until Moses stepped in. Moses did not wait for the red sea to separate before he stepped in, he took step and there was a miracle. The next step you will take after reading this message will birth your long awaited miracle in the name of Jesus.
ONE MAJOR STEP THAT CAN TAKE YOU OUT OF ANY form OF TRIAL OR CHALLENGE IS PRAISE FROM A JOYFUL HEART
Praise is the solution to every kind of frustration. Praise from a joyful heart will turn around any trial to triumph. You might have been praying about that challenge, have you praised about it? Engage this weapon of Praise and watch how fast things will turn. In John chapter 6, when Jesus was to feed five thousand and above multitude, He never complained but gave thanks and a miracle was born, they had just 5 loaves and 2 fish, but God multiplied it. Praise is a multiplier.
Psalms 67 vs. 5 -7
Let the people praise thee, O God; let all the people praise thee. Then shall the earth yield her increase; and God, even our own God, shall bless us. Then shall the earth yield her increase; and God, even our own God, shall bless us.
Again in John chapter 11 vs. 39 - 44; when Lazarus died, and was buried, Jesus came after 4 days. As He approached the tomb He gave thanks. Even in a dead end God can still make a way of escape for you if only you can give Him praise. Your constant complains is the reason for the delays. Its time to stop explaining the problem but declaring your expectations.
Philippians 4 vs. 6
Be careful for nothing; but in every thing by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God
In acts chapter 16 vs. 25, Paul and Silas were in jail and they prayed and praised then instantly there was a turn around. Your turn around is here at last. The foundation of the prison was shaken and all the doors were opened. There is no door that will not open for you from today, because Praise is a master key.
Right now in 5 minutes I want you to praise God where you are. Don’t go to no where, don’t think of nothing. Just praise God for the moment. Forget about the struggles, trials and challenges, fix your eyes on God and the challenges you thought was big will give way for you at the end of this 5 minutes praise. This is your moment, this is your time. Thank God for the sustenance of your life. Because you are still alive your miracle is still in view.
When you pray God releases angels to bring your desired answers but when you praise God comes down Himself to give you the desire of your heart.
God is opening His hand right now to satisfy you.
Psalms 145 vs. 16
Thou openest thine hand, and satisfiest the desire of every living thing.
As the Lord lives that trial, that challenge, that problem has come to an utter end in the name of Jesus.
To live an ever triumphant life, you must see praising God as a lifestyle. There is this testimony I will like to share with you as I round up. A man sustained a severe industrial accident while at work, his hand was almost chopped off, but he did something very rare, He shouted a LOUD HALLELUYAH and a miracle took place, the hand was not only healed instantly but was made whole as if nothing ever happened. I release grace right now to make praise your lifestyle. You will never experience a down time in the name of Jesus.
