GOOD MORNING.

 The Spirit of God has no hands or feet or physical body to relate with the physical environment. You and me are his body. He leads us in the direction of what he wants to do, he empowers us from within but we have to cooperate and do what he wants done. What I am saying is that this scripture is not an excuse for laziness and just praying and fasting for days without doing anything. In whatever way the Spirit wants to achieve through you, please use all the faculties that he gives you with the wisdom he grants you to get it done.  Remember that if you refuse to cooperate, he will find another willing hand that will get the job done. Have a good day moving forward in your endeavours with the Spirit of God.
