When we read bible we do come across different areas many get us excited while some we wish aren't there in Bible. What are the comments or verses in Bible you wish aren't there and why?

I personally don't like the aspect of hell fire, I wish that should be removed. Because this doesn't ring well in my ear.

I wish marrying only one wife isn't in bible, this is a lot of constrain to me. Because one women isn't enough if we must be realistic as a man. Another one is regarding sex as a fornication and sin.

I wish all old testament where killing of ram took place are removed. Because there are Churches that practice that today among others things in old testament and claim is the bible which is true, while some churches call it native doctors practice and condemn them and Preach against it. This is confusing as we don't know who to follow.

I wish the verse on bodies being temples would be more specific.

If this would be true, those who have destroyed other people's bodies would have been destroyed by now. think about war, genocide and murder, and look how many people get away with it.

Ok Dqueen, thank you for shading more light on it. Now I see why you wish that is removed in the Bible, because is confusing you. At least what you having been witnessing is contrary to what it says. Am I right?

Sins of the father visiting the children, I wish this to be removed. Because my children didn't ask me to sin neither did I ask my father to sin nor support him. But thank God is in the Old Testament not new.

I wish area where John the baptism was beheaded by mere sinner wasn't there , because this begs question how gospel faith operates.

Sure. Also there is no evidence of people getting punished for destroying other people's bodies.

Ok, is just that I might attempt to deviate from the thread, otherwise I guess the punishment of those that destroys bodies are in last day.(Again, let us not deviate as I am neither Pastor nor Rev.Father) but focus on things we wish aren't there in the bible.
