Be informed that the Regional Government of West Africa had on Monday 13th September 2010 agreed and approved the payment of $100,000.00 USD part payment from the total over due inherited sum of $3,700,000.00 USD. This payment mode agreement was signed Monday as earlier mentioned by the said Government to ensure that the outstanding amount is paid to you without any further delays. Furthermore this is in line with the current agreement signed with the America Government that all foreigners, whose payment has been delayed in West Africa region due to one reason or the other should be paid the part payment of their entitlement to enable them execute the project due to global economic crises and your inability to receive your payment.

The said sum of $100,000.00 USD will be paying to you between now and next week, this will equipped financially for the claim of the remaining sum amount ($3,600,000.00 USD). Therefore you advised to get in touch with the office of Mr. Edmore Rex Payment committee chairman" for endorsement of your payment agreement form, note; you will be required to pay $143.00 USD for authentic legalization and endorsement of your payment file. Therefore e-mail him immediately on: wamap@xnmsn.cn for more details regarding to this development.  Meanwhile, we will be looking forward to your mail update immediately you received the part payment.
