We are our own enemies! You know why? Few months ago I bought some sardine from a very big shopping centre here in Ghana and that almost killed me. I saw the usual Titus we were born to know and said I wanted something new and foreign and this so called sardine refused to digest after about 4 hours. I started experiencing severe pains in my stomach and all I could vomit was just the poisonous fish I ate. It was never expired so don't ask if am sure it wasn't expired.

Have you noticed that the more foreign/western we want to be the closer we are to danger? These foreign food processing industries are wicked I must tell you. The other day I saw a sausage processing company online and how they blend all kinds of animals for beef sausage. I saw another in India faking Coca-Cola with harmful chemicals and funny enough they are exported to Africa. Why do we allow ourselves to be fooled by these wicked and heartless manufacturers?

Also on the Internet I saw how hundreds of chicken were being injected with God-knows-what chemical;steroids I suppose  to be exported to Africa and when we buy frozen chicken we say we are big boys & girls. Made in Ghana or Nigeria products are classified as below standard and that’s why we visit the hospital every now and then.

Some of the foods we eat now a days are no longer the same ones we use to know. They now have distinct taste. Have you noticed that sometimes you eat some imported fish and they taste like paper in your mouth? Fruit juice, even alcohol and we say we have Food and Drug Boards? You accept bribe at the expense of peoples' lives? You're indeed Lucifer himself.
