BARCA THE KING MAKERS; Since 2008, Barcelona have been a club that determines who wins the champions League. The trend is "win barca in the knock out phase and the trophy is urs"
In 2008 Man U won barca in the semis and eventually won the trophy.
In 2010, Inter milan won Barca in semis and went ahead to win the trophy.
In 2012, Chelsea won Barca in the semis and ultimately won the trophy eventually.
In 2013, Bayern Munich won Barca in the semis and eventually won the trophy.
So with this on ground, I think Athletico would win the trophy since they beat barca during the Quarter finals.

Lets see if this record will still be consistency. It might not be because Athletico  won Barca by chance.
