ok, I've got an itouch that I want to upgrade to the newest software. If I click restore in itunes it starts to downlaod a file. but the problem is that it never ends the download and gives me a "connection lost" message then starts all over again.how can I update the software manually (I know I'll need to download some stuff). please give the exact procedure.
