Last week, Federline and his attorney met with Britney's father, Jamie Spears, about increasing his monthly child support payments. He says the $20,000 he already receives per month isn't enough to support the two sons they share — Sean Preston, 12, and Jayden, 11 — and the lifestyle they've grown accustomed to. This comes just nine months after K-Fed called co-parenting with Britney
which was first to report on Federline's request for more money, claims that Jamie Spears responded to his former son-in-law's request. Only instead of offering any more money, Team Spears outlined a monthly budget for Federline. The letter sent by Britney's legal team lays out how the current monthly payment should be spent, which reportedly left Federline feeling "pissed" and "insulted."

Federline's attorney tells the outlet, "Unfortunately, the proposal that came back amounted to no modification of support, but it indicated to me that Mr. Spears has to recognize that he is the conservator for Britney and not for Kevin."

A court placed Britney under the conservatorship of her father following her 2008 breakdown. While she now has more liberty over her personal affairs, Jamie has still been in control of her estate and finances. In fact, that's something Federline praised just years ago.
