The nike Free Trainer 3.0 V4 features a completely revamped upper. Backboned by an internal heel counter, the upper features a woven circular-knit mesh that strengthens when the foot is engaged in order to reduce friction during movement.The latest nike free 3.0 v5 continues to utilize the innovative Free 3.0 outsole of its predecessor: its hexagonal flex grooves are molded to offer six different flex points, providing the ultimate capacity for natural motion.
Although more pronounced on the 3.0 and 4.0 shoes nike free 5.0 v4 feminino features a more rounded curved heel rather than the flatter square back we've seen before. That should give those still heel striking a more rounded experience and one that actually looks like your heal rather than a big clunky shoe. We're mid-foot runners here at Pocket-lint so didn't really notice much of a difference to be honest.
Normally running in a pair of nike Free 5.0 shoes, nike asked us to do a further foot pressure test, which determined that we are a mid foot runner with strong natural support within the arch of our feet and therefore perfectly suited for nike free flyknit 5.0 Flyknit model.Shoes fitted, we slipped a pair on and hit the road. We've run a number of times in the last three weeks since we picked up the shoes. We've worn the both as regular "day shoes" about town, and for a number of 5km+ runs.
