4. Comparing yourself with other bodybuilders

If you are an aspiring bodybuilder, you should never compare yourself with other bodybuilders. When you start comparing yourself with other bodybuilders, who are bigger and stronger than you, you are going to get discouraged.

When you are in the gym, you should only concentrate with your bodybuilding progress.

5. Failing to rest

There are many aspiring Cianix bodybuilders who make the mistake of failing to rest when they are training. If you fail to rest you are going to lose the already acquired muscles. You need to rest in between your workouts. You should also sleep a minimum of eight hours daily.
