Radiantly Slim Since I already knew that a low calorie strategy will not work in the long-term and will not help me to create long term fat loss, I  chose to  consume four average sized foods every four hours.The size of each food was calculated by taking my daily maintenance calorie intake, and dividing this number by four. Then applying the 50-30-20 nutrient ratio I calculated how many calories  I will  consume from carbohydrates, protein, and fat molecules.All my own meals were made out of only natural meals sources, and the just processed food that I allowed myself to eat were during the three weekly cheat meals.
