Well, as the title mentions, Movers And Pacers is an Atlanta based run club that was founded by ATL nike employee who is best known as Kaos. The run club was created to encourage the running habit and connect Atlanta’s movers and shakers together for a great networking opportunity. Movers And Pacers will celebrate its one year anniversary this November. Kaos invited yours truly to join the run club last November or December, but I didn’t run with M&P until January; I’ve been hooked ever since. Who knew running could be so addictive, peaceful, and fun?
