These bots have been running rampant and you guys have not said one word of even an attempt of getting Blade & Soul Gold rid of them. You hit the spammers hard... woohoo but it seems you worked more on ridding the spammers than arena bots.

Arena Bots on the other hand, are destroying the game economy and driving away players/streamers from even wanting to play pvp since they have zero fun fighting bots.

These bots are destroying your player base yet there's no assurance or even a word that you guys are working on anything with removing these bots?? All we want is a few words atleast something saying you care. You guys are already in a bad place with the community. I've gone through many threads saying if this game gets dumpstered they will be done with NCSoft. A good bit of the community that i've seen sees much of this as money grabs.... but it's starting to seem you don't even care about the game anymore. We just need to know NCSoft as a whole can keep this game alive and remove these bots. If you guys really work hard on a game actually blade and soul NA/EU could be huge. Please listen to the community, games are nothing without a community you of all companies should know that.
