These days low testosterone is a totally common problem. the everyday range that many docs use is round 250-1200 ng/dl total testosterone. but in my Shred FX opinion 250 is a long way too low to experience manly at all. it's miles a devastating condition to be at. so looking to keep our total testosterone stages over 500 ng/dl could be some distance more best in my books than 250. the higher the higher.
