Starting position Stand, legs slightly apart and a dumbbell in one hand (or one in each hand). Exercise Lean on as low as possible (being careful not to bend the bust forward) and then return to the center. If you have a dumbbell in each hand, continue the movement by tilting the other side. If not, make a series of movements on the same side then change by taking the dumbbell in the other hand. 7 Oblique sheathing Oblique sheathing  Cladding exercises are also quite simple.
