Nowadays, stoutness is actual problem in the world. 21st century is the century of fast food, which is the initial of many diseases. Many people are suffering stoutness and they are getting more and more depressed. Here are five yoga asana (poses), which will help you to lose weight.

Losing weight with the help of yoga means to change your appearance and inner world. Of course, improve your health too! Yoga has privilege of never getting bored with it.

Pose “Balance”

Aim: Legs and thighs

Take your yoga mat bag and place your feet together, spread your hands and take your step forward, hands forward and up. Raise your left leg up and bend yourself. Be in this state for fifteen or twenty seconds. After this, change your leg and repeat the pose “balance”.

Pose “Lune”

Aim: Hands, Stomach, thighs.

Place your feet together, hands upon your head. Bend over with your torso to right. Try your breast to be parallel of floor. Stay in this state for thirty seconds. After this, repeat it to left side.

Pose “Chair”

Aim: Shoulders, buttocks, thighs.

Place your legs as wide as your shoulders. Hands on width. Sit down and stand up. Do this for several times. Stay in this state for thirty seconds and then get back to your original state. Now make a pose like the one sitting on chair. Sit like that, on invisible chair for thirty seconds. Go back to your original form. Repeat it for several times.

Pose “Triangle”

Aim: Shoulders, stomach, buttocks, legs.

Put your yoga mat bag on the floor. Stand your feet on yoga mat straight to your shoulders. You should turn your right foot for ninety degrees and left for forty-five degrees.  Try to put your right hand on the floor. Watch the ceiling and stay in this pose for twenty seconds. Go back to your original form and change your standing leg. Repeat the process.

Pose “Locust”

Put your yoga mat on the floor. Lie on yoga mat and open your hands in width. Legs straight. Raise your breast and hands from the floor, stronger your buttocks raise your thighs from the floor and bend your knees. Stay in this pose for ten seconds. Go back to your original form then rest for twenty seconds. Repeat this process repeatedly for several times.

Doing these practices and poses do not take too much time. It is worth to spend some time on them, because they will give you amazing results. You will lose your weight without a diet or saying no to your favorite dishes. You can lose your weight and depression without a running for three hours. Yoga will give you the results you wish for quickly and of course with high quality.
