1. face: Drink plenty of water to clear up your skin and boost up your kidney activities.

2. Be physically active: Go to the gym 3 - 4 times a week. If a gym is not accessible, go swimming, biking, climbing, walking, etc.

3. About make-up: Curl your eyelashes, it will make your eyes more charming. Use a waterproof mascara which is best for summer and it's likely that you'll be sweating, swimming, etc.

4. Get your favorite clothing: you can always go and buy new clothing, especially if you are in school. Wear whatever you feel like, It makes you always look better when you're wearing something you're comfortable in.

5. Care about your body: use sunscreen or Use self-tanning lotion or cream, It will cause a lot less damage to your skin.

6. Say NO to alcohol and cigarettes: Everyone know it that Drinking alcohol and smoking cigarettes doesn’t do our skin any favours. Alcohol causes skin to dry out. So Avoid alcohol and cigarettes.
