Like a great new haircut or a terrific skin care regimen, healthy, well-manicured nails are an integral part of a neat, pulled-together appearance - one that can work as an asset in both the social and the business world.
Well manicured fingernails always make you look put together, but it takes a lot of work (or a lot of money!) to keep them looking perfectly manicured all of the time. Check out these easy nail care tips that don't take much work or time. Your nails really can look great!

Tip 1: Cut Your Nails After Your Shower or Bath: When you need to trim your nails, it's best to do it after they've been soaking for some time. They are more pliable and easy to trim without cracking. You don't need to specifically soak the nails if you don't have time, just cut them right after your shower or bath. They'll be perfectly ready to cut.

Tip 2: Don't cut or manipulate cuticles: And when you're done clipping your nails, use a cuticle stick and give your cuticles a gentle push back. (Push, not cut.) This shouldn't hurt at all. If your cuticles are try and cracking, skip pushing them back and put a dab of cuticle oil on them every day after your shower and they'll be healed in no time.

If you do cuts them then This will not only make cuticles look worse -- red, swollen, and ragged -- but may also land you a nasty infection that harms the nail bed and leads to permanent nail damage. And while cutting cuticles holds the most potential for harm, pushing them back can cause problems as well.

Tip 3: Wear Clear Polish: Nothing looks worse than chipped polish but everyone knows that a manicure doesn't last. Using clear polish gives your nails a smooth, shiny finish and even if it does start chipping, no one will be able to tell. A good choice would be a nail hardening polish, which if applied daily will harden your natural nail.

Tip 4: Nail Starting to Peel? Enter in Your Jeans: If you notice that your nail is starting to break or peel mid-day, try filing it a bit on your jeans. No, it's not comparable to using a file, but you'll soften the edges enough to keep the breaking at a minimum until you can take care of it at home with your file.

Tip 5: Moisturize the nail bed and the cuticle: While there is little in the way of medical data showing that moisturizing the nail bed will help nails grow, it can make cuticles look better and help protect nails from breaking due to a lack of moisture.
Your nails will get dehydrated just like your skin, especially if you're using nail polish remover on them on a regular basis. When you're putting on your body or face moisturizer, add a bit on to your nails, too!

Hi,
I think Applying a thin coat of nail polish can strengthen your nails, but using nail polish remover regularly may weaken them. When you do need a nail polish remover, look out for more natural, acetone-free formulas, as acetone can dry out nails.

annielizstan right!! using much quantity of nail polish remover may damage the nails and there senses. use natural removers and use nail polish with good brands and containing less harmful chemicals!!
