It is very important to keep your body clean and smelling good all the time especially if you have to go out of the house and interact or mingle with other people.  Good hygiene is a must because people could judge you just by the way you take care of yourself.  Taking a bath daily would not be enough to make sure that you will look and smell good all day long.  You will also have to use other skin and beauty products that could enhance your looks and overall appearance.

To complete your looks, you could use a perfume to make you smell good all day.  Perfumes contain more scented oil than colognes and body sprays so they last longer and could release a stronger scent.  Just one application is all it takes to make it last for a long time.  Perfumes could make you smell good for about 6-8 hours depending on the oil concentration in the product.  Perfume manufacturers use about 15-30% of oil in their products so the lasting power of the scent will be based on the amount of oil used.

If you have a favorite perfume but the scent only lasts for about 6 hours, there are some things that you could do to extend it.  The technique is to know the right way of applying or wearing the perfume.  Don't think that using too much perfume will do the trick because it will definitely not.  You'll just end up smelling like someone who tries to capture everybody's attention by having an overpowering smell.  A little dab or spray on the right areas will do the trick.

Dab a small amount on your pulse points or areas.  These are the wrists, behind the ears, the temples, and on the chest.  These pulse points could easily release the scent and could make them spread to other parts of the body.  The pulse points also release heat that could release the scent so you could use a little bit more perfume on cold days because scents are not as strong as they are during cold weather.

You could also apply small amount of perfume on your clothes because scents last longer on clothing fabrics than on the skin.  There are some perfumes that will stay on your clothes for as long as 5-7 days.  Just make sure not to overdo it to avoid an overwhelming smell.  One or two sprays or dabs of perfume on your clothes should be just right.

You could also enhance the lasting power of your perfume by using beauty products with a matching scent.  Most perfume brands today also offer different kinds of beauty products that match the scent of the perfume.  Use a scented body soap or wash to clean your body and then apply a scented lotion to keep your skin moisturized.  Then apply the perfume to the right areas.  You must never use products that have different scents at the same time to avoid an unpleasant scent.  If these things still don't work, you could always carry your perfume with you anywhere so you could reapply it when needed.
