Girls.  I need your suggestion and advice.

My sister try most of the popular shampoo and conditioner (also some hair treatments) to have her hair soft, glossy and healthy.

But after a month of using these hair products, my sister's hair back in unhealthy, frizzy or simply unmanageable hair.

A friend of mine told me if my sister already take hair vitamins?

I said no and she suggested me this supplement called Maxalife's Hair, Skin and Nails Factor?

According to my friend, it is a supplement product that can bring the health back to your body, allowing you to radiate with a glow of healthy skin, hair and nails.

I just want to know, if anyone try to used this before? If not, can you suggested any other supplement/vitamins for my sister?

Thank you!

Is your sister try the conditioner name Pantene or Cream Silk.  Because those are conditioner of my mother.  And really works on her.  About the supplement you've asking, I've just search it over Google and Yahoo.  And I've discovered this is the no.  1 hair supplement in New Zealand and Switzerland.  Well, maybe it's really work!

You can also use MSM gel on the hair and take MSM tablets.

When taken in conjunction with Biotin tablets, the result is amazing hair growth!

Hi, Eating jello, or adding a teaspoon of unflavored gelatin to a daily glass of juice.
I think Folicure Vitamin Hair Supplement ensures hair remains strong, healthy and lustrous hair.
You can try.

I really do not Recommend any Cosmetic products or supplements. I usually go with natural things. deficiency of vitamin B12 is the main reason of dry and rough hair. Vitamins C, E and A are important for the health of the skin and hair. Use a herb i.e silica. Silica is a substance that strengthens bones, nails and hairs.

Lavender is another herb that enhances the beauty of the hair. Lavender helps increase shine and gently cleanse deposits that dull the hair.

Hops are not only a main ingredient in beer. They make an excellent natural hair conditioner and softener when applied topically. The herb also contains silica so it helps fortify the hair from within. Many popular hair supplements use this to add strength and resilience.

yeah, agree with loveymiller. Don't use any cosmetic products or supplements. After your sister's hair is healthy, I suggest your sister that she can use two diffrent shampoos in a time instead of use shampoo and then supplement. this is more useful.

The vitamin B you are recommending is the same as biotin supplements. Biotin is actually vitamin B7.
So, we are all recommending the same thing.

Hi I can tell you from experience of my wife. She has been using supplements enrich with vitamin A, and B especially biotin. Her hair looks good than before, but these supplements take time to show results.
