Custom containers including not only non-standard size containers, but containers reconstructed homes, shops, dumpsters, and so on. For packaging, we refer to the great 20'x8'x8 and larger boxes for transporting everything from heavy machinery to thousands of sweets boxes (each box).

These containers are widely used in international trade, as they can be custom packaged and sealed at the factory and then transported by truck, rail and ship (or aircraft) to distant places without being opened until they reach their destinations. Standard dimensions and specialized handling equipment facilitates the transfer of containers from trucks and rail tankers and ships in the opposite direction. With containers, the efficiency of transport logistics to improve dramatically.

While the transport of containers full of goods is an economic proposal, transportation of empty containers is not. The containers that come in are re-used to send the goods out of their original destinations. Where this is not possible due to trade imbalance, the empty containers tend to accumulate in high import destinations.

These empty containers to cause problems, hence the urgency to convert to other uses. Here are some of these containers as reconstructed.

Container homes

At 20 feet long, 8 feet wide and 8 feet high capacity container for a living room 9'x6 'area, a proper bed that folds up against the wall when not needed, several chairs, which can also be fold into the wall, an accountant, small kitchen and toilet unit. It would be difficult to access, of course, but it can provide housing to the workplace. A container 45'x8'x9 0.5 'is another standard size. There is capacity for larger rooms and facilities.

The containers can fit inside to protect from outside heat and create pleasant interior, and the doors and windows can be cut to fit the overall design. With solar energy, may even move continuously outlet.

Instead of housing, the design can be adapted to create mobile shops, eating places, or other type of accommodation. More than one level can be constructed by stacking containers over each other, or going to a lower level.

Flat Racks

Vessel walls and ceiling can be stripped out (and recycling), leaving intact the four corner reinforcements in the floor plate. With a little modification, these can then be converted into flat racks suitable for different uses. For example, to fit the wheels and can move along the tracks. Load can be easily installed inside, and lifting and loading are also made easier.

Several of these numbers racks can be stacked, while the transport of empty space and cost savings.

Dumpsters

Another custom is the container bin. Empty containers around wasting space can become excellent garbage containers may be transported in container trucks and prepared with standard equipment for handling containers. Trash can be compacted into, and removed by opening one end is the door.

Open Top Containers

Burden of certain types of cargo such as heavy machinery, it is easier to open containers on top. With the roof open, these items can be lifted with a crane and placed in the container. This is much easier than trying to load the conventional manner.

Custom Containers

The above examples give us an idea of ??the versatility of applications possible with standard containers. Then there are the tank containers for liquid cargoes, refrigerated containers, ventilated containers of organic products, small containers for air cargo and so on to fit many custom container requirements.
