Making address labels for letters and packages can be a real task. It's something that has been in the way of all kinds of people, whether eBay sellers large scale or just office workers who need to send a large  BATCH of letters.

What you may not have realized, however, is that making address labels can be easy when you know how. The best way is to write their letters with merge function, first, as that comes with Microsoft Word. This means that no addresses are stored in the documents themselves, but in either a spreadsheet or a database. The following documents contain a "field", which is a special area where the program knows the direction to go.

Once you have separated the addresses of their documents in this way, you should find it much easier to make address labels. All you need do is open a page and add a lot of address fields, with a field 'next record' between each one to say that the software does not put in the same direction twice. Word has a wizard to help you do this: just go to the File menu and click New and then select 'Wizard mailing labels from the "Letters and faxes. Point your database, and you should be good to go.

The final step in the manufacture of address labels is a physical one. Sure, you have the fancy software that can create mailing labels, but if you want to cut directions from pieces of paper and tape or glue use, we are also going to need to get some stickers and put in the printer. You obviously can find in any good stationery or office supplies, but be sure to get a size that the word know, so you can put the correct labels for you. You can check the size of the Word label is available at the last stage of the Wizard mailing labels, after pointing to the database - do not worry, though, as some manufacturers do not bother to labels a size compatible with Word.
