Do you know of any companies that give holiday insurance to older people with l

I am looking to go on holiday with my father and grandma.I am unsure however, of what companies will cover holiday insurance for them as most finish until the age of 70 years.
I know Saga does cover beyond 70 but you have to get the holiday itself with them too which is not what I want to do.
My father is 72 years old and has Parkisons Disease. My Nan is 88 years old and has Type 2 diabetes and mild dementia.
