This is a very special industry.  Narrow market.  Their people.  It seems to me that the real business on the Internet and must be based on this principle.  Too many buyers have long had the status of permanent.  In such a scheme is easy to operate and no longer have to spend money on advertising or public relations (even though I'm still doing it successfully and have no regrets on the money).   
 
In a narrow market segment to achieve the status of trust or loyalty to the buyer (we call it so) is pretty easy . . .  But, the truth, and is easy to lose.
