What bank is best to open up an account?

I already have a bank account with Citizens-bank that I use daily. However, I want to open up a second account with a different bank strictly for saving money to pay back loans. Do you have any suggestions what bank would be good and if I should open up a checking account or savings account or both? I looking for a bank that hopefully doesn't charge fees.
