What we do forget to tell ourselves is that things like these are not free, at thesame time not cheap.

PLEASE OH PLEASE DON'T write a business plan at this stage of the game. GOD what a waste of time. Write a MARKETING plan. How are you going to take a product, and present it to a competitive market where you are the most expensive supplier. It CAN be done. HAS been done. but you do need to swallow some pride. Competition is healthy and separates the men from the boys. I have 2 successful businesses and neither one required much capital. It's all about being creative, networking, and putting in the time and effort into finding your market and then finding out how to reach them. Don't waste time on trying to educate people on the products. There are ALWAYS people willing to pay more for a better product. find them and reach them. sounds to me like you are sitting back with sour grapes instead of working harder than the other guys. Have you tried Kijiji yet? oh.. btw..a business plan should be written BEFORE you start your business and it includes things like how you are going to deal with competition and marketing your product.
