When is a good time to adjust my 401K plan back to a High Risk/High..??

I'm 26 yrs old, and our company financial advisor told us about a year ago to be more conservative. Now it seems like the economy is about at rock bottom. Is it a good time to start being more aggressive with how my funds are allocated?
