Hiring an employee can be a big step for many small business owners. This means to do everything yourself and pass some of the work!

To make the experience rewarding for you and your employees are not a couple of things that every manager and leader must do ...

1) to reward people for a job well done. His work frustrating for someone who enjoys all the financial rewards of the efforts of the whole team, especially if you do not realize what each has accomplished and contributed.

Does not take much to recognize the efforts of its staff. There is a huge difference in the work environment when you take a moment to recognize your computer. People like knowing that they have done a good job.

2) Always provide a balance between positive and negative comments. Your job as leader is to recognize the talents of those around you and feed them with the motivation and positive energy to bring their ideas to entirely new levels. Help them better serve you by building your confidence ... It is not down.

3) Strengthen and accept responsibility for their projects. At the end of the day if things go as planned, in my opinion, the responsibility falls on the shoulders of the leader. Stand up and take responsibility if something ever goes wrong.

If your staff always carry the burden of the projects that went wrong, it's going to drag the people and destroy their environment. Start contributing to the emotional bank account of those around you.

If you recognize the behavior you want to see more of, you start to see more of it. Be positive and accept some responsibility when things do not go as planned.

4) Once you have good people it is your responsibility as a leader to hold on to them. Talented people will take your business to entirely new levels, but still leave the growth of your company will be spared.

People with skills to know they have options. The carrot dangling from a payday great potential will only work for a specified period of time. After a while away and start looking elsewhere. The last thing we want is to end their competition.

So the moral of the story is to find good people, train them, treat them well, and that your business take off.
