A sample letter of thanks that are used after an interview, as a guide or template, will save much time in the preparation of such correspondence. As I prepare before the job interview when they are nervous and have a clear head, the letter will really increase your chances to make or reinforce a good impression.

Trying to use this for your own use.

Dear Name,

I enjoyed the opportunity to talk with you in your office today concerning career opportunities with ABC Company. After discussing the future of the company that I believe I can make a positive contribution, and we believe that our partnership can be mutually beneficial.

I was particularly impressed with the information provided in connection with expansion into other markets and the need for a stronger marketing effort. With my background in advertising sales and insurance and experience as a carnival promoter, I think we have much to offer.

Company ABC has an excellent reputation in the field and is the type of organization they want to associate myself with. I am proud to be an outstanding salesman and promotion specialist, and we look forward to making a positive contribution in this period of growth.

If I can provide more information that might be helpful for you, please do not hesitate to call the telephone number listed above, or email me if that is more convenient. I look forward to hearing from you in the near future.

Once again, thank you for your time.

Sincerely,

Chris M. Okoye.

Using this sample letter will save you time and lead to more second interviews and more job offers. However, if the field is not sales or marketing can not be perfectly suited to their needs. It should be easy to analyze the letter of thanks and see that the sentences and paragraphs can be changed to fit your needs and your profession. With modern word processing software that can customize a version, then copy the file and make another letter to a completely different type of work. For example, if three or four types of work considered then create a letter of thanks for each is probably a good idea. The same, of course, is true with your cover letter and resume. Different versions for different jobs, with emphasis on different aspects of your skills and experience will make you more versatile. However, if you're determined to follow a single type of work, then it is obvious that only need a sample letter, a letter type and a type of resume. This is a personal choice and that is the only person who knows exactly what would work best for you and if more than a guy tells you.
