The interview follow-up letter can make or break your chances of being hired. For this reason, it must be an essential part of their job box hunting tools, right there with the other tools you use: resume, cover letter, thank you note, reference sheet and salary history.

You will notice that is written in a positive and optimistic. In sales, many marketers assume successful closing. This is essentially that. The applicant in writing this letter is to control the conversation and the direction to the positive attributes that he or she owns, which would make the applicant appears valuable to the company. Furthermore, in an interview follow up letter to an applicant is "walk the walk and talk the talk" simply because most applicants can not use an interview follow up letter after an interview. Using a letter like this shows that the applicant is aware, thoughtful, intelligent, and just the kind of person who needs company.
