health and safety courses  provided by agencies across the globe envisage a world free from workplace accidents. This is the reason why UN agencies such as World Health Organisation and International Labour Organisation have stood for Health and safety training. This has resulted in many countries and recognising agencies setting up centres to help employees access tips on managing occupational health and safety. There are many occupational health and safety standards, which promulgate the knowledge of safe working environment.
Health & safety courses are designed to provide participants with the skills and knowledge to work safely in their office. These courses will identify the gaps in the employees’ current understanding of workplace safety and bridges it with safety and health tips. These courses will take them back to the situations where they had to face safety issues in their office and demonstrate ways to effectively-tackle it in future scenarios. Other than this, the training sessions will also have separate modules for directors, supervisors and managers on how the safety of their employees can reflect on the productive work.
Safety training courses will equip the employees to identify workplace hazards and find solutions before it affects someone. They will also train employees to evaluate the risk and finding means to control it.  The effective implementation of the safety training courses will ensure that the money spent on safety and illness of the employees are minimised.  :)
