Now that you've made up your mind to study abroad, your resources might not be sufficient for you to pay for the high tuition fees in places like the UK, Australia, and US. So why not make up your mind to study free in Finland.

Yes, education in Finland is free, and as a student, you're only concerned with the living expense which in Finland is estimated at 530 Euros per month. This amount is just estimation and may be less or high depending on the spending habit of the student. This amount covers the cost of accommodation, travels, books for one month. Note that before you get your visa at the Finnish embassy in your country, you will need to provide a documented proof that you have a minimum of 6,360 euros which is the estimated cost of living in Finland for one year.

Admission requirements

To study in Finland at the undergraduate level, you will need to provide a high school/secondary school certificate which is recognized in Finland, a TOELF test score, and an international passport if you'll need a visa to travel.

To study at the postgraduate level, applicants will need to provide degree results and transcripts, a statement of purpose and two reference letters. Since admission requirements vary from school to school, you may need to contact the school directly for specific admission requirements.

How to apply

Universities in Finland all accept direct application, so you may not need to waste your money on any admission agent. I will provide a list of universities in Finland, so you can contact them and send your admission application
