•   USA Announces Scholarship For Oro Undergraduates : USA has announced a scholarship program to be administered by the Education Committee of the organization for undergraduates of Oro-nation extraction in Nigeria. Oro-nation is made up of Oron, Mbo, Okobo, Udung Uko and Urue Offong/Oruko Local Government Areas of Akwa Ibom State.
•   Nigeria: Capital Science Academy Offers Scholarship to Dafara Pupil : The management of the Capital Science Academy Kuje has awarded a full scholarship to one of the pupils of Dafara LEA Primary School to study in the academy for six years.
•   30,000 enterprises benefit from credit facilities in Kwara : Gov. Abdulfatah Ahmed of Kwara said more than 30,000 micro as well as small and medium scale enterprises had benefited from its N250 million revolving credit scheme.
•   SMEDAN to create 250,000 jobs : The Small and Medium Enterprises Development Agency of Nigeria (SMEDAN) is to create 250,000 direct and indirect new jobs in Katsina State from 2013 to 2015.
